Acceptance of Terms
WC-Redirects.com (a.k.a. the “Site”) provides software and website services to you subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you do not agree to the TOS, then you should not use the “Site”.
Product License
The WordPress themes, plugins, extensions & snippets authored by the Site and/or provided on the Site are licensed under the GNU General Public License.
Purchases
Purchases are made for software licenses and files.
Payment
All purchases made on the Site will be completed using the PayPal payment system. A PayPal account is not required to complete checkout.
License Keys as a Service
Products may be offered with a license key to access services such as automatic updates and support. These license keys may not be shared without prior, express-written consent from the Site. The Site reserves the right to terminate a license at any time.
Product Support
Support is included for licensed products and is available only to customers with an active license key.
Product Updates
Updates will be made periodically to fix bugs and/or add/modify features.
Refund/Exchange Policy
We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you would like to request a refund, please open a “Refund Request” support ticket. When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions:
Eligibility conditions for a refund request:
- You are within the first 10 days of the original purchase of the plugin. We cannot grant refunds after the first 10 days of the original purchase.
- We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments. You may cancel your subscription any time before the renewal payment is automatically processed, one year from your original purchase or last renewal.
AND
- You have an issue that we are unable to resolve which makes the system unusable. We may ask you questions regarding the nature of your refund request so we can improve the plugin in the future.
- If your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the plugin properly or get the plugin to perform its basic functions, we will happily consider your refund request.
- You have contacted our support team and allowed us to attempt to resolve your issue(s), or have explained why the plugin will not work for you.
Please note, technical issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
You agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your site if a refund is granted.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing plugin(s), you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
Customer Accounts
Customers are required to register an account when purchasing any products. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and are not permitted to share and/or distribute their account login details. Customers are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account and agree to immediately notify the Site of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security. The Site will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from customer failure to comply with these terms. Please note that the Site requires that all users be over the age of 13 to have a customer account.
Account Termination and Suspension
The Site reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any user account without notice, in its sole and absolute discretion. No refunds will be provided to customers who have their accounts terminated. Examples of reasons for termination include: 1) Abusive behavior and/or excessive negativity towards the Site’s staff and/or other Site customers; 2) Repeated defamatory, malicious, and/or false statements including slander against the Site and/or Ren Venutra, and/or attempts to persuade potential customers away from purchasing the Site’s products; 3) Promoting competitor products, contributing to software piracy, hacking, spamming, or other illegal acts; 4) the Site reasonably believes that your account has been compromised, shared with others, or for other security reasons.
Product Delivery
After the Site has successfully received payment, the customer will have instant access to all downloadable files related to the purchase. Customer account login information will be emailed to the email address provided during signup. This may take up to 30 minutes after purchase but usually happens within 5-10 minutes.
Price/Product Changes
The Site reserves the right at any time to modify and/or discontinue a product with or without prior notice. Furthermore, the Site may add new products and/or services with or without notice. The Site also reserves the right to change individual product prices at any time without prior notice. Current customers and members will not be billed for any additional fees in the event of a price increase and will not receive a refund in the event of a price decrease.
Business Use Of Our Goods and Services
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify the Site and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Good or Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.
Product Warranty
All products are sold without any warranty.
OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS OR ADDITIONAL TERMS, NEITHER THE SITE NOR ITS SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT ITS GOODS OR SERVICES. FOR EXAMPLE, THE SITE DOESN’T MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT WITHIN THE GOODS OR SERVICES, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTION OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES, OR THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. WE PROVIDE THE GOODS AND SERVICES “AS IS”.
SOME JURISDICTIONS PROVIDE FOR CERTAIN WARRANTIES, LIKE THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES.
Liability For Our Products And Services
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS AFFILIATES, DEVELOPERS, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, ETC., WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE SITE, FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID THE SITE TO USE THE SITE’S GOODS AND/OR SERVICES.
IN ALL CASES, THE SITE AND ITS AFFILIATES, DEVELOPERS, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, ETC., WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
Miscellaneous
Other Guidelines Or Terms. If there is a conflict between these T.O.S. and those for a specific Site service, the terms for the specific service will prevail.
Refusal of Service. The Site reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, within their legal rights.
No Third Party Beneficiaries. These terms control the relationship between the Site and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
No Waiver. If you do not comply with these terms, and the Site does not take action right away, this doesn’t mean the Site is giving up or waiving any rights, such as the right to take action in the future.
Severability. If a particular term in the T.O.S. is not legally enforceable, it will not effect the enforcement of the other terms.
