Personal Data
The website, wc-redirects.com (“the website), stores and uses the following personal data:
- Purchase history – By completing purchase, the user must understand and agree that the website will store the user’s name, email address, and I.P. address on the website. This data is used for maintaining the website’s purchase history and accounting.
- User accounts – When purchasing a product on the website, an account is created for the user to review purchase history, download files, and submit support tickets. Personal data saved in user accounts includes name, email address, and purchase history. This data is for the user’s convenience.
- Contact form – A user may submit a written message to the website via the website’s contact form. This form is for general questions and requests (e.g. pre-sale questions). Personal data collected includes name, email address, and I.P. address. This data is saved to the website’s database for later retrieval.
A user’s personal data stored on the website is not shared with any third party for any reason, except for those listed below. If a user would like for their personal information to be removed from the website, they may submit a request for deletion by sending an email to hello@wc-redirects.com. A request should come from the email that is the subject of the request, and should include the user’s name, and which data the user would like deleted.
Third-Party Services
PayPal – The website uses PayPal as its payment gateway. It will collect personal data from the user for the purpose of processing the user’s purchase.
Google Analytics – The website uses Google Analytics to monitor and analyze web traffic. The Google Analytics service logs users’ I.P. address for the purpose of geolocation. This service also uses cookies, and data is retained on the service’s website for 26 months.
The preceding list of services that store personal data is complete; no other services store personal user data on, or on behalf of, the website.
